Our client is seeking a Territory Manager to join a dynamic,
growth-oriented sales team focused on delivering energy-efficient
compressed air solutions to industrial and commercial customers.
This opportunity is ideal for a motivated, self-driven sales
professional who enjoys building customer relationships, solving
technical challenges, and helping businesses reduce operational
costs through innovative equipment solutions. The ideal candidate
will possess strong communication skills, mechanical aptitude,
and the ability to manage and grow a geographic sales territory
effectively.

Required Experience
Qualified candidates should have:
• Proven success in territory sales, business development, or
industrial sales environments

• Experience working independently while managing customer
relationships and sales activity
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word and
Excel
• A professional and customer-focused approach to sales and

Required Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
In this role, the Territory Manager will be responsible for:
• Developing and managing customer relationships throughout the
assigned geographic territory
• Promoting and selling energy-efficient compressed air systems
and related industrial equipment
• Identifying customer needs and recommending technical solutions
that reduce operational costs and energy consumption
• Utilizing company-provided sales tools, technical resources,
and lead generation programs
• Acquiring the technical expertise necessary to design and
recommend compressed air system solutions
• Achieving and maintaining established sales goals and
performance objectives
• Professionally representing the organization in all customer
interactions
• Collaborating with internal technical and support teams to
deliver high-quality customer service and project support
