In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" mean Hensley Group LLC, doing business as Top Industrial Talent. "You" means anyone who uses this website or our services.

Information We Collect

Information you give us. This includes your name, email address, phone number, resume, job applications, work history, salary expectations, LinkedIn profile link, answers to screening questions, and messages you send us. If you are an employer, it includes your company details and the job details you share with us. If you create an account, it includes your login details and profile information.

Information from AI tools. When you use an AI tool on this website, such as a resume builder or job description writer, we collect what you enter and what the tool produces.

Usage data. When you visit, our hosting and analytics providers collect information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. If you are signed in, we also keep a record of the pages you view.

Information from other sources. When we search for candidates, we may collect information from public professional profiles and job boards.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide recruiting services, review resumes, match candidates with employers, communicate about job opportunities, run the tools on this website, improve the website, and comply with the law. AI tools help us work faster. They do not make hiring decisions. We do not sell your personal information.

Who We Share It With

Employers. Candidate information is only shared with employers when you have expressed interest in a position or consented to being presented.

Service providers. We use service providers that host the website and database, send email, provide scheduling, and provide analytics. They receive your information so they can provide those services to us.

Our recruiting database. When you apply for a job, your name, email address, phone number, and resume are stored in our recruiting database, an applicant tracking system provided through our franchise network.

AI service providers. AI service providers process resumes and what you enter into our AI tools to produce results for us. We use AI services to help review resumes and run the AI tools on this site. We do not sell your information to AI providers.

Legal and safety. We may share information when the law requires it or to protect the rights, safety, or property of you, us, or others.

Business changes. If our business is sold or reorganized, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

How Long We Keep It

Website usage logs, which record the pages signed-in users view, are deleted after about 90 days. We keep account and recruiting records while we need them to provide our services or as the law requires. Then we delete them or remove the details that identify you.

Your Choices and Rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information. If you have a candidate account, you can delete your account at any time from Settings in the candidate portal. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption of information while it is sent and while it is stored, access controls, and regular automated security checks that we review. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Children

This website is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when the latest changes were made.
