    SALES – COMPRESSORS The Opportunity Our client is seeking a Sales – Compressors to own and grow a protected territory in Greater Chicago (IL / IN), selling rotary screw, reciprocating, and centrifugal compressed air systems, dryers, filtration, and piping into industrial and commercial accounts. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated, self-driven sales professional who enjoys building customer relationships, solving technical challenges, and being rewarded for results. Compensation & Benefits - Total earnings target $85K – $150K OTE (base + commission) - Uncapped commission and quarterly accelerators - Company vehicle or vehicle allowance, fuel card, and cell phone - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits - 401(k) with company match and profit sharing - Paid time off, holidays, and OEM-paid technical / sales training Key Responsibilities - Develop and manage customer relationships throughout an assigned, protected territory - Promote and sell rotary screw, reciprocating, and centrifugal compressed air systems, dryers, filtration, and piping and related aftermarket products and services - Identify customer needs and recommend technical, value-engineered solutions - Maintain an active pipeline using CRM and company-provided lead generation tools - Achieve and maintain quota and key activity metrics - Partner with inside sales, service, and engineering teams to deliver on customer commitments Qualifications - Proven success in territory / outside sales, business development, or industrial sales - Mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn technical product solutions - Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills - Experience working independently while managing a sales territory and CRM hygiene - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a modern CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) - Clean driving record and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory Apply today to be considered for this confidential opportunity.
