Required Experience
Qualified candidates should have:
Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience within industrial
sales, service, or equipment operations
Previous experience managing both sales and service departments
Proven success with full P&L responsibility and operational
performance management
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience developing and managing high-performing teams
Strong customer relationship management and business development
experience
Mechanical and operational understanding of industrial equipment
and service environments
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and operational reporting

In this role, the General Manager will be responsible for:

departments

* Leading, mentoring, and developing sales managers, service
