BRANCH SERVICE MANAGER
The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Branch Service Manager in Milwaukee / Waukesha, WI to lead a high-performing team for an established industrial equipment distributor focused on rotary screw, reciprocating, and centrifugal compressed air systems, dryers, filtration, and piping. You will own P&L for the branch / region, develop the talent on your team, and drive growth across the territory.

Key Responsibilities
- Own branch / regional P&L including revenue, gross margin, and operating income targets
- Lead, coach, and develop sales, service, and operations team members
- Build and execute the territory strategy across direct, distributor, and key OEM accounts
- Partner with finance, HR, and operations leadership on planning, forecasting, and headcount
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and account expansion across the installed base
- Represent the company with key customers, OEM partners, and industry associations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in industrial equipment, distribution, or related B2B environment
- Proven track record of growing revenue and improving profitability in a multi-product business
- Strong people leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Experience managing service operations, technical sales, or both
- Excellent business acumen, communication, and executive-presence
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
