GENERATOR TECHNICIAN

Required Experience
Qualified candidates should have:

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have:
* Ability to safely perform service and maintenance on generator
systems in healthcare and nursing home environments
* Knowledge of generator controls, engines, transfer switches,
and related electrical systems
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
* Ability to respond to emergency service calls as needed
* Ability to professionally represent the company while working
at customer facilities
Key Responsibilities
In this role, the Generator Technician will be responsible for:
* Performing preventative maintenance and repair services on
generator systems
* Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues related to
generators and transfer switch equipment
* Supporting generator reliability within nursing homes,
healthcare facilities, and related environments
* Responding to emergency service calls and restoring equipment
operation efficiently
* Conducting inspections, testing, and diagnostics on backup
power systems
* Maintaining accurate service records and communicating repair
recommendations to customers
* Ensuring company vehicles, tools, and equipment are properly
maintained
* Providing excellent customer service and technical support
during all service interactions
