OUTSIDE SALES – PUMPS
The Opportunity
Our client , a leading industrial distributor of pumps and rotating equipment , is conducting a confidential search for an Outside Sales representative based in the Atlanta, GA territory. This role owns territory growth across centrifugal, positive displacement, and process pump applications serving municipal, industrial, and OEM accounts.

- Competitive base in the $70K – $95K range with uncapped commission targeting $90K – $150K+ OTE

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new accounts and grow existing customer relationships across the Atlanta metro
- Provide technical pump selection and application support for end users and engineering firms
- Partner with inside sales and service teams to quote, close, and support orders
- Build relationships with OEMs, EPCs, and key end users in water / wastewater, food & beverage, chemical, and general industry
- Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline reporting
Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of B2B industrial sales experience; pump or rotating-equipment background strongly preferred
- Comfortable reading P&IDs, pump curves, and basic process diagrams
- Track record of new-business development and territory growth
- Self-directed, organized, and customer-focused
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent industry experience considered
