    TERRITORY SALES The Opportunity Our client is seeking a Territory Manager to join a dynamic, growth-oriented sales team focused on delivering energy-efficient compressed air solutions to industrial and commercial customers. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated, self-driven sales professional who enjoys building customer relationships, solving technical challenges, and helping businesses reduce operational costs through innovative equipment solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to manage and grow a geographic sales territory effectively. Benefits This opportunity offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including: • Competitive base salary $65,000-$85,000+ plus commission structure • Total earning potential of $100,000 - $200,000 annually • Profit sharing program • 401(k) retirement savings plan • Technical training and certifications • Professional development opportunities Required Experience Qualified candidates should have: • Proven success in territory sales, business development, or industrial sales environments • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent time management • Mechanical aptitude within technical product solutions • Experience working independently while managing customer relationships and sales activity • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel • A professional and customer-focused approach to sales and service Required Qualifications Candidates should have: • A clean driving record • Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory as needed • Ability to learn and apply technical knowledge related to industrial compressed air systems • Strong organizational and presentation skills • A commitment to maintaining a professional representation of the company at all times Key Responsibilities In this role, the Territory Manager will be responsible for: • Developing and managing customer relationships throughout the assigned geographic territory • Promoting and selling energy-efficient compressed air systems and related industrial equipment • Identifying customer needs and recommending technical solutions that reduce operational costs and energy consumption • Utilizing company-provided sales tools, technical resources, and lead generation programs • Acquiring the technical expertise necessary to design and recommend compressed air system solutions • Achieving and maintaining established sales goals and performance objectives • Professionally representing the organization in all customer interactions • Collaborating with internal technical and support teams to deliver high-quality customer service and project support Apply today to be considered for this opportunity.
