Join our client's team as a Regional Sales Manager, specializing in Rotating equipment like motors, pumps, and gearboxes. Regional Sales Manager Qualifications: • Demonstrated success in sales or service of rotating equipment such as motors, pumps, and gearboxes, coupled with familiarity with automation and control technologies. • Proficient in leadership and team management, adept at guiding and motivating others towards shared objectives. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and relationship-building. • Quick learner with a strong interest in emerging technologies within predictive and preventive maintenance. • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred. • Willingness to travel within the region.
