Required Experience
Qualified candidates should have:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial sales,
preferably within the air compressor industry
* Previous experience managing or mentoring sales professionals
preferred
* Proven success in achieving revenue growth and sales
performance objectives
* Strong understanding of industrial compressed air systems and
related equipment
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
* Experience building and maintaining long-term customer
relationships
* Strong business development and territory management experience
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and CRM systems

Key Responsibilities
In this role, the Sales Manager will be responsible for:
* Leading and managing the daily activities of the sales
department
* Developing and implementing sales strategies to support revenue
and profitability goals
* Coaching, mentoring, and supporting sales representatives
throughout the assigned market
* Building and maintaining strong customer relationships with
industrial and commercial accounts
* Supporting business development initiatives and identifying new
market opportunities
* Monitoring sales performance, forecasting, and operational
metrics
* Collaborating with service, operations, and leadership teams to
