    We firmly believe that the internet should be available and accessible to anyone, and are committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability. This site is built and maintained against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content accessible to people with a wide array of disabilities, and following them helps make the site user friendly for everyone.

    Accessibility adjustments on this site

    We provide an accessibility interface, opened from the icon in the lower right of every page, that lets you tune the site to your own needs. It saves your choices in your browser only. Nothing you select is sent to us or to any third party.

    • Disability profiles that apply several adjustments at once: Seizure Safety, Low Vision Support, ADHD Friendly, Reading and Cognitive Support, Keyboard Navigation, Screen Reader Compatibility, and Older Adults.
    • Content adjustments: content scaling, readable font, highlighted titles and links, a text magnifier, font sizing, line height, letter spacing, and text alignment.
    • Color adjustments: dark contrast, light contrast, high contrast, high and low saturation, monochrome, and custom text, title, and background colors.
    • Orientation adjustments: mute sounds, hide images, read mode, reading guide, reading mask, stop animations, highlight hover, highlight focus, and large cursors.

    Screen reader and keyboard navigation

    The site uses semantic HTML landmarks, headings in a logical order, and ARIA attributes on interactive components so assistive technology can announce controls and their state correctly. Images carry alternative text, form fields carry labels, and icon-only buttons carry accessible names.

    Every page starts with a skip to main content link. The site can be operated with the keyboard alone: Tab and Shift plus Tab move between controls, Enter and Space activate them, arrow keys move within menus and lists, and Escape closes dialogs and menus. Focus is visible at all times and is trapped inside dialogs while they are open.

    Disability profiles supported

    • Epilepsy Safe Profile. Stops animation and reduces color intensity so the page presents no flashing or rapid movement.
    • Vision Impaired Profile. Raises contrast, enlarges text, highlights links, and enlarges the cursor.
    • Cognitive Disability Profile. Uses a readable font, highlights headings and links, opens up line spacing, and adds a reading guide to keep your place on the page.
    • ADHD Friendly Profile. Adds a reading mask that dims everything except the line you are on, stops animation, and strengthens focus outlines.
    • Blind Users Profile. Reinforces focus visibility and removes motion so screen reader output stays predictable.
    • Keyboard Navigation Profile. Strengthens focus outlines and enforces larger tap and click targets.

    Browser and assistive technology compatibility

    We aim to support the major browsers and assistive technology, including current versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Apple Safari, used with JAWS and NVDA on Windows and with VoiceOver on macOS and iOS. The site is tested on desktop, tablet, and mobile screen sizes.
