The Opportunity

Our client is a leading industrial equipment company hiring a Industrial Solutions Engineer based out of NW Arkansas (Springdale). This role focuses on installation, preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and emergency repair of industrial machinery, electrical equipment, and motor/drive solutions across an established service territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, startup, preventative maintenance, and emergency repair on customer equipment
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control-system issues using OEM tools and schematics
• Document service calls accurately and recommend follow-on repairs, parts, and service agreements
• Maintain inventory on the service truck and keep tools/equipment in safe working order
• Communicate clearly with customers and the service coordinator to maximize uptime
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend emergency service

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial field service or maintenance experience (compressors, pumps, generators, or rotating equipment preferred)
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, including 3-phase power and basic controls troubleshooting
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and OEM service manuals
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background and drug screen
• Refrigeration / EPA certification a plus
• Excellent customer-service and communication skills
