    Field Service Technician

    Field Service Technician Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Perform service on industrial compressed air systems utilizing safe work practices
    • Perform PMs on compressed air systems
    • Emergency Repairs - including after-hours and weekends as needed
    • Troubleshoot all components of an industrial compressed air systems
    • Work independently
    • Complete all required paperwork accurately and neatly
    • Be proactive in helping the company grow by seeking to acquire new service business, maintenance contracts, and parts/accessory sales
    • Be responsible for the tools, vehicles, and equipment furnished by the company
    • Good communication skills to find solutions for repair, installation, or service issues

    Field Service Technician Qualifications:

    • Two (2) Years of experience with industrial air compressor / rotating equipment repair OR five (5) Years of heavy mechanical background.
    • PLC and electrical controls troubleshooting and programming preferred
    • Must be comfortable working with and around 3-phase power
    • Excellent troubleshooting ability
    • Need to be resourceful and demonstrate the ability to get the job done with minimal supervision or direction
    • EPA Universal certification is a plus
    • Strong organizational skills
    • PC literate with general Microsoft products
    • Clean driving record and background
