Required Experience

Required Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
In this role, the Generator Technician will be responsible for:
- Performing preventative maintenance and repair services on generator systems
- Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues related to generators and transfer switch equipment
- Supporting generator reliability within nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and related environments
- Responding to emergency service calls and restoring equipment operation efficiently
- Conducting inspections, testing, and diagnostics on backup power systems
- Maintaining accurate service records and communicating repair recommendations to customers
- Ensuring company vehicles, tools, and equipment are properly maintained
- Providing excellent customer service and technical support during all service interactions
